Prohibited administrative commands are those that you are strictly forbidden from using under any circumstances. However, penalties for the use of these commands will only apply if the command is successfully executed. All administrators are expected to understand and respect these restrictions to maintain order and fairness.
Notice: The blacklisted command(s) may be identified by the red-x-mark signaled next to it.
The following guidelines establish the appropriate use of HAX Admin permissions to ensure fair play, professionalism, and a positive experience for all participants. Adherence to these rules is mandatory, and violations may result in disciplinary action, up to and including revocation of permission(s).
To maintain the integrity and efficiency of sessions, the following rules apply while a session is ongoing:
- Non-Disruption of Sessions
- HAX Admin must not be used to interrupt, disrupt, or otherwise hinder active sessions.
- Prohibition of Distractions
- HAX Admin must not be employed to distract, troll, prank, or annoy session administrators or attendees.
- Obstruction of the Session Environment
- HAX Admin must not be used to block or obstruct the session room or any of its functions for any duration.
The following regulations apply to the use of HAX Admin at all times, both within and outside of sessions:
- Overhead Modifications
-
Modifications to other players’ overheads (e.g., ranks or titles) are limited to a duration of 30 minutes and require a cooldown period of 10 minutes before further changes. Members ranked Chief of Staff+, are exempt from this cooldown period.
-
Overhead changes must not grant players false authority or rank.
- Impersonation of Higher Ranks
- Users are prohibited from altering their own overheads to impersonate official ranks or positions of higher authority.
- Malicious Intent
-
HAX Admin must never be used to deliberately:
- Cause players to leave the game.
- Force crashes or disruptions to their gameplay experience.
- Incite frustration, anger, or dissatisfaction with the game environment.
Users who have acquired administrative privileges through the Gamepass- are granted immunity for the specific level-one administrative use. However, this exemption does not extend to individuals holding higher administrative levels, even if they possess the Gamepass admin.
Individuals holding the rank of Chief of Staff or higher are exempt from all administration regulations. This exemption allows them to:
- Execute commands without providing a reason in the command prompt.
- Utilize blacklisted commands, under the circumstances that it’s done with proper reasoning and judgement.
This exemption is valid as long as their actions:
- Do not cause major disruption to roleplay or sessions.
- Do not cause users to be frustrated or reasonably angry at the game.
Members of the Board of Governors who have been assigned the Elevated HR Permission role are not required to provide a command reason for their use of administrative commands, within the administrative in-game prompt.
Game Administrators adhere to a distinct set of policies regarding the use and potential abuse of administrative commands. If you suspect an instance of administrative abuse by a Game Administrator:
- Do not act independently to address the issue.
- Report the matter to a leadership member or the relevant management team for appropriate resolution.
During active sessions, participants may use administrative commands affecting the inmate team under the following conditions:
- Commands are executed within the sessions room.
- Commands are used to warp individuals back to the sessions room as necessary.
Users operating within VIP servers are exempt from all administrative regulations, provided the following conditions are met:
- Commands do not interfere with players in public servers.
- Commands requiring justification must include an appropriate explanation, such as “VIP” or “Private Server.”
Commands that require a reason must be executed with proper documentation to ensure accountability. Follow the guidelines below to provide accurate reasoning:
The standard format for commands requiring justification is as follows:
[Command] [User] [Reason]
Example:
res odis67 Falling out of session
If a user explicitly requests that a command be used on them, modify the reasoning to reflect their request:
[Command] [User] [Asked]
Example:
res odis67 Asked
In the event that you forget to include a reason for a command, you may correct this oversight by using the “logs” command. Follow this procedure:
- Execute the command:
res [user] - Record the reason using the logs feature:
logs Res command was for [reasoning]
This ensures all administrative actions are properly documented and transparent.
This documentation provides all available server commands, their permission levels, and how they are used.
