Inmates who join the game even if they don’t have a gamepass, should be given fists, that maybe deal 2-3 damage to other players on other teams. This would make the prison a whole lot interesting and a lot more RPs.

Yes that is very good, but uhm what if all inmates teamed up on this 1 guard, LOL.

The guard has guns that do way more damage, and the other guards will probably shoot too.
