Brutal force,
kill everyone in your way either to get to front gate, or the yard.
Yard backdoor,
use your trusty keycard to open the doors, and sneak out ( or use the rope, it can be found near the boxing ring ).
Swears,
during lunch, grab the hammer near the trashcan, and go to cell(s) 10, 8, and 5, and hammer/or shoot the toilet.
Get lucky,
its in the name, just make a run for it!

If you don’t have a “M4A1 gun gamepass” or the “Pistol” and the “Fake keycard”, (1) and (2) won’t work, the only way is swears I guess. Idk about the “luck”.

Keycards can be pickpocketed, aswell as guns, but that’s pretty rare.

They use specific stats to determine it, you don’t need to show them anything. If you want to join, try playing a lot and being professional with your grammar. It also might help to join other departments via applications (in the discord server under staff → announcements, usually every few weeks or months some department will open them) if you can handle the additional work. So you don’t need to speak with anyone until maybe you get a DM saying that you have been handpicked.
