Is it possible to get CP rank back after it was taken away?

Unfortunately, you can’t get it back.
As @Itz_Ondra24 said this does NOT meet Stateview Correctional Facility Policies.
Due this you may atendee a training to become Superintendent again and then:

WORK REALLY HARD AND REALLY LONG!

  • Do never think you are unable to become CP again, I became CP by hard wook too
  • Don’t be discouraged if others say you can’t do it

And after a wait (Can be short/log or really long) and a bit luck,
you will be able to say:

I am CHAIRPERSON again, but with one different:
Now you worked for it and didn’t buy it.
