Yes, letting inmates out is rule breaking. It’s abuse, but not like cuff abuse. Sometimes, they let you out to then arrest you to gain XP. Other times it is simply to troll. This is known as cross-teaming and is punishable. I encourage you to get video proof or make a Modcall if this happens again.
