Let SI+ be able to cuff staff under PI, i see many many staff abusing and taking the prisoners out and let them escape. So yea thats why would be this feature good, and apperently SI is for helping with sessions, MANAGING STAFF, and more.
Cp+ bc u can easily buy SI.
And there is alot of GA and FD+ always online just modcall.
