I made a cape and decided to give it to the community, Because I’m nice like that😜

But really you should use Photopea (Free) or Adobe photoshop (Paid)
because the files are .psd

Stands for “Photoshop Document” you can look it up if you want.

Import it from the internet or even your files, and I set the fill/opacity level down so it blended it but that’s really up to you.
