Hello.
My idea is that due to the amount of poor session quality sky rocketing, with the CP and FD gamepasses being recently put back on sale again. For your first 3 Sessions as a new MR you need a supervisor to help make sure everything runs smoothly. (Supervisor for the first 3 sessions must be CAC+ as they have not bought the gamepass).
Eg. Even though FD’s do not need a supervisor when hosting a shift, they are required to have one for their first 3 shifts/sessions. Pros-
-CM will like this idea as they will have less people to punish for failure to meet hosting expectations.
-New MRs get educated on how to host a session better and almost have a trial before doing it on their own.
-The LRs who attend these sessions will be affected less during these sessions.
-The supervisor has experience and is prepared if anything goes wrong. Cons-
-Some may argue that they are holding the rank of CP/FD so they should get the same permissions as other non buyers.
-This may be more work for CM as they have to check that bought MRs first 3 sessions were supervised.
-Some might not be able to find supervisors and supervisors may be overwhelmed by the numbers of new FDs and CPs needing a supervisor.
Please let me know what you think below!
I don’t think this is a bad idea. I met someone called Militarytrainer12 who tried to host a shift but did not know how to. He was prevously an SI and brought FD. Me and the other attendee’s had to show him ‘h’, srlock ect. We ended up having a 47 mins shift without a grader…
A supervisor (mabye CAC+) could help teach them or they could host and show the new FD/CP how to host before they acually host.
I will discuss this with my 2025 Governor Campaign Administration as this is a matter we should discuss during the elections, if I am elected. I would like to bring something like this to Stateview.
