Make a command or something that certain ranks such as W+ can use to warn other staff that are not following the rules. This will mean that when someone gives them a warning they will be able to see that they already have previous warnings.

I would agree, but only the warden who gave the warning would be able to see it, as there would be wardens just giving warnings to everyone.
I agree. You should change it so DW+ maybe can see it?
Or just say W1 W2 W3 it would be much easier for the whole staff team
