Make warden+ host shifts

supervisors, For a CP it is currently already terrible having to find a supervisor, as there are just too many CP, Adding 3.5K Extra warden to it is going to make it only worse.

Hosting spots, There just wouldn’t be any place for hosting, as there would always be 4 people hosting. Now you can just say “Just increase the limit to 10” This wouldn’t work, as there would be like 2 people attending a shift.

Commands, You would have to give wardens the H command, and perms to type in sessions, as warden is an easy rank to get, this would be massively abused.

Experience, Most of the wardens get their rank at about level 30, Giving them the perms to host a shift just wouldn’t be good, these not high-level wardens don’t know all the rules, and definitely haven’t attended that many shifts, when I reached level 30 and got warden, I only attended 10 shifts so far, that just isn’t enough experience to host.

Only Wardens can be captains, as a lot of wardens would stop attending shifts as they can host them, which would result in a massive decrease in wardens attending shifts.

Grammar and other small staff rules, Staffing wants our HR’s (And basically all of our staff) to have a good skin tone and proper grammar, as wardens would be able to host, it would really increase how wardens are being looked at, as so would their grammar and skin tone become way more important.

Most of the people who want it here are wardens, but this just isn’t practical.

I think you should but at least with a FD+ to supervise the shift.

CP already need to have an CAC+ as supervisor._.

This is a terrible idea, due to quotas, as mentioned above, and also the abuse and taking into factor they need to find the guide. To host a shift, wardens would need basic commands, which can be abused heavily. Also, most people work their way to ChairPerson not only for admin, but for the ability to host shifts. I have seen a post a couple of months ago titled “Trusted Warden”. IF THEY TWEAKED IT AND MADE IT GOOD FOR USE, then maybe, trusted warden should be able to atleast co-host shifts, seen as there would be a huge drop in numbers.

They also need admin commands which will lead to being more AA from people with mod/admin so they have to ask SHR’s for: Bans,
suspensions, Pban, demotion please don’t make this

Hire more CPs, and tell them to able to promote wardens(if they deserve it) during shifts.

Thats one of the worst ideas I ever heard. CPs can promote wardens??? NO! That would cause sheer masses of free ranking and we dont need warden hosting shifts at all so why change the way if becoming CP. CPs arent ready to promote people, like not even FDs can promote a LSI to CO or something so why should CPs promote wardens. Strongly disagree. Also, CP is buyable and person who have CP could sell promos for cheaper prices, the game would loose money and would die soon of AA and all that. If a CAC+ sells promos it would be caught instantly but if we have 120 CPs who all can promote wardens nobody would notice.

what no that’s what i mean… oh i see why you see it that way, what i mean is if there is a promotion they can be promoted but need to have another test between the other promoted wardens, if they passed the test(second one) they can actually have a chance to be promoted.

I am a warden, I would love this, but this is so dumb. I mean I would love it, but there would be so much abuse. Maybe make it so wardens can co-host if there level 100+ though…

God no. The quotas is bad but the worst part is staffing. Would wardens need to get reformed? If they have the ability to host i assume so. This idea isn’t just bad for CP+, Its absolutely brutal for Staffing. They would need to reform so many people.
