Helper would just be a glorified captain lol, the only purpose i could (maybe) see is finding hardest workers and controlling the shift. But controlling the shift is the job of the host and co host. So Iā€™d say its a pretty useless idea yeah.

Worst idea ever, some wardens just play the game for fun. CP should only host not wardens. Wardens wonā€™t know what to do when they host a shift. Some do sure, but not most.

Your forgetting warden and DW have one of the highest severe abuse counts also this would ruin the point of CP given the fact there are over 7k wardens and a large percent of them donā€™t have discord

I am a warden But I disagree first there is over 1k wardens and wardens do not have HD admin that makes FD+ needed for each shift and that would be a lot of shifts and it would also be impossible for Cp to host because of how many wardens would be trying.

I disagree. This is because half the CPs we have already donā€™t even host and FDs can only supervise 3 times and there is like 54 FDs and limited high command staff. Wardens would increase the stress on FD+ as the logs would become more filled. CPs donā€™t even have quota and their admin got removed. And Iā€™ve checked in the group and their is like more than 7000 Wardens there. This is a fine amount but still all of them people hosting would be chaos. And warden is not even a hard rank to get so what it the point of wardens hosting if they can just get ranked from trainings. Thereā€™s no hard work and effort put into this. Many of the wardens would just get confused with everything so no need for wardens to host.

If there was a thumbs down button I would spam it this is a bad idea and ruins the point of CP if you really want to host get CP also how the fack are dead post getting revived like this.

I agree with this statment this would be much better For wardens and the Game activty would go up
