If you have a clip, just report to intel. You reporting to intel takes up less of GA’s time, which can be used for people who don’t have a clip.

To be fair this is part true but if you have the evidence then you may aswell report it, but if the player is still in the game then they will check on the player most likely or chatlogs depending on the situation. If the player is not in the game I’m not sure what you’d expect them to do though.

If you have Video evidence it is recommended you report it to the Intel server, If you don’t have evidence but the user is in the game/server, We can Investigate. Hope this helps!

I feel like something about this should change though as when it comes to a modcall, time is the most important thing, if I put their username in the modcall, explain the issue, and then someone responds. They are going to waste 2-5 minutes talking to me despite all of the information I should have provided was already in the modcall.
This actually happened to me recently, I was witnessing a staff member cuff abusing an inmate for about 5 minutes straight, modcalled at the very beginning and then I told them “It was all in the modcall reason they are currently being abused please can you help the player being abused” and instead of checking or helping the still being abused inmate, they just kept asking me to if I have evidence and if I am in administration basically ignoring my request for them to atleast stop the cuff abuser. At the end of the modcall, so much time had passed that the player tool abusing just left the game and there were about like 3-4 people in that modcall…
So my summary of this is that yes modcalls are useful but I think if you have more than one person in the modcall, the people assisting need to put their number one priority on the abuser and victim if the reporter has already stated them.
