If you don’t have proof you can provide them with a username and they will investigate. If you do have proof report it in intel.
Mod calls aren’t useless. They do say to report in the Intel server, It’s a lot better and easier. But if the abusing person is still in the server they will investigate.
If the abuser is still in-game and you tell them to investigate they are required to do so.
Um when I was GA I did that and did my own investigation so I would watch the person and if he abuses I would then do the punishment myself.

Few GAs do that by themselves and there might be an issue with warning and punishment coming with no abuse in between so the abuser doesn’t understand what they did wrong if you both report and investigate at the same time.
Why wasn’t this posted earlier, I modcall to get rid of a hacker and they do say report to our intel server. I tell them, I can DM you the evidence so you can remove them from the game so they cause less chaos overall and they said report to intel again. The least they can do is let me DM them the clips I have and then they give them a 1 day temp ban and then tell me to report to intel if they want a full ban to be put in for the player.

That is not the only thing we say. IF the person reporting has video proof, THEN we direct to intel, as by the time we get there, they’ve most likely already stopped and there’s nothing we can do if we just have a username, allowing them to continue.
If we get a username, we’ll investigate, and if they’re still violating a rule, we’ll punish accordingly. If there’s video proof, we direct to intel as SVSA can issue punishments too, and as said before, the suspect has probably left/stopped by the time we get there.
It’s not useless. It’s there for those who don’t have discord, or aren’t in the intel server.
If you don’t like us directing you to intel when you have video proof, maybe just don’t waste time and go to intel if you have video proof? Just a suggestion.

As stated in a few response before, modcalls are not useless. Yes, it is easier for us and you when you have video proof to make a ticket in intel, but only if the suspect has left the game.

I’ve been a mod. I know it may sound frustrating, but reporting to Intel is easier if you have proof. Also, a lot of people can’t use Discord, so mod calls aren’t useless. Mods also can’t punish someone without proof
