More Drills and edits on current ones

So well, i would really love having more drills in the game as it would really make shifts more attractive. I will list some recommendations bellow.

• Fire Drill
Inmates need to be evacuated and brought to the yard and staff need to mobilize to the parking lot at FG. Only SI+ are permitted to evacuate inmates and move in the facility during the drill. Wardens are responsible for keeping order at the evacuation spot for the guards. The drill should be 5-8mins and have a minimum of 4 Superintendents+ and 2 Wardens in the shift.

•Inmate inspection drill
Inmates need to be cuffed and filed in a single line in the cell block and will be frisked by Drill Instructors. This drill should range from 3-5 minutes and doesnt need an alert. 3 DIs are required.

Blackout Drill (Edit)
During this drill, all communication shuts down and all doors open. Guards need to transferr all inmates into the cellblock and stay in standby to prevent riots and escapees. 2 DIs are required.

Now to the accessibility levels of those drills. (In my opinion.)

•Fire Drill: High Command+OC
•Blackout Drill:The janitor key will no longer spawn but OCs will have it in their inventory.
•Inmate inspection drill: Every player who can do the announcement.

Let me know if you have more ideas or improvements!

is the concrete going to catch on fire?

This would be an option that it catches fire after 3mins.

The Fire Drill idea is fabulous, this should already exist. Great for role playing.

There is already an evacuation drill.

Yeah, but maybe the ground could catch on fire or smt to add more of an rp feeling. They can have the fire and evac drills co exist if approved.

Just for actual fire it’s not worth it to add another drill with no differences to normal evac, also if there is an actual fire, it’s not a drill anymore. And running a shift to wait for the building to rcatch on fire is completely unrealistic.
