My rank is glitched. I dont know how to fix it

So basically, I used to be a SI. I passed a training that happened today (10/18/24) And got ranked up from W to SI. Things were going good until I accidentally claimed the rank of CO. I tried rejoining and refreshing my character and I still couldnt fix the problem. Does anyone know how to fix this? By the way, my roblox username is Nooby_NoobYeah.

Sadly, as this is your fault for claiming the rank you cant reclaim your rank. this happened to my brother.

If I show a HR proof that I used to be a SI can they give me my rank back?

The way to fix it is to pass a training again as Warden as they will not rank you back to your rank no matter what, the only people who might be an exeption for this are HRs but the Leadership stated that you will not be ranked back unless doing it the way you did it already or buying.

Sadly no. You just gotta claim Warden back again and do another session.

Same thing. There really isn’t any FREE thing you can do.

Unluckily, if you accidentally claim a lower rank then the one you already have, you can not earn that previous rank. As stated in game, you will have “claimed” your rank.

You can earn your previous rank back, however, it may take a certain amount of time depending on what rank you claimed. Say it was only a (1) rank lower, you could regain it if you pass 1 session. If it was a rank lower then 1 below (2+), you will have to pass multiple sessions.

For anyone who was CP+, and for some reason claimed a rank, they would not be able to get their rank back unless they were handpicked, bought the rank, or earned it via events.

tbh, how do you even “accidentally” claim a lower rank. There’s like 2-3 Confirmations :skull:

You have a good point. It’s 1 button, and 1 confirmation button. However, if someone doesn’t know what they are doing, or for some reason does confirm it and “claim” their rank, this is the type of case I am mentioning.
