I recently purchased the Superintendent rank in-game and am unable to claim it. Anytime I attempt to, it simply says that it failed.

This is probably what happened; You might’ve ranked claimed when you already received the Superintendent rank, so you could’ve rank claimed and now you aren’t able to claim that rank.
