Option to disable rain

It would be neat if we had the option to disable the rain in-game via graphic settings.

 **Why?**
  1. Rain seems to cause lag for certain users, including me.
  2. Why not?

I think removing rain in the graphics menu would be a great idea because for users who are laggy would improve the performance of the game.

Fax. Rain cause lags for me too.
