Personally, I think there should be overseer command applications as many people would be a good overseer command, but they never get handpicked. So I think the overseer command applications should be open again as it has only happened one time. Please support me in the comments!

Overseer Command doesnât use applications because you have to actually be active in order to achieve it. Itâs why it is very hard to get into.

No. Definitely not. Applications will not benefit the OC department. I say this because I am in OC and I know how it works. Handpicks are supposed to reward people who are active and can maintain that activity. Applications will not prove this and there will definitely be inactive people as a result, because you might pass OC applications and not do anything. This will waste High Commandâs time, as OC aims to have good officers.
I am very new to OC, but I can confirm that the traits you need to be a good OC officer can just be seen by OC HC and used to handpick the right people. How good you are in writing impressive applications is irrelevant.
