Hello! I just turned 15 years old. But my account was my brothers but i took over it. The problem is that my account is under the age of 13 but im over 13. Will i get banned or is there anyway for me to get verifed?

If you wish to change your Birthday on your Roblox account please contact the Roblox Support to make changes on that and be able to set your account to 13+.

Sadly, I contacted Roblox, and they said “no”. They mentioned that it goes against their policy.

I don´t think so but you can try it again maybe a different Support Agent from Roblox will accept your change of birthday.
