Rank won’t claim!

  • My friend cant claim his rank even though he should and he should have been promoted and he did not receive that rank. It is as if the ranks he gets he loses instantly or he can’t claim.
  • Every time he tries to claim a rank.
  • The place you claim a rank.
  • Maybe it is a coding issue so update the coding.

Sometimes you can’t claim ranks when BC is down so try again tomorrow

Tge video only shows them clicking, you have to reset to have your rank work.

Ok it is fixed now.

It is fixed now but they tried that and rejoining.
