I propose that SI+ participants should receive levels or experience points (XP) for each session they successfully complete, given that they are not eligible for promotions through these sessions. Additionally, I recommend that hosting, co-hosting, or assisting with these sessions should also grant XP.
I already made a topic something like this here it is: Levels for people on CD
I think this should be added but for all people on CD.
No. 1: it’s hard to implement this to the game. 2: it’s useless.
Great idea! Getting XP for passing whilst on cooldown would help balance the teams XP earning.
Implementing levels or XP for hosting, attending, and co-hosting sessions can greatly motivate MRs+ to participate more actively. Levels, alongside ranks, demonstrate experience and commitment, making users more likely to respect a level 239 Warden over a level 79. Moreover, staff need additional ways to earn XP since their current options are limited to arresting criminals and game presence, while criminals and inmates have a task board for earning XP. This adjustment would create a fairer and more motivating environment for everyone involved.
I’m telling you this is very hard to implement into the game and I know the devs won’t add this.
its not really that hard…
It is.

I don’t understand why you would want XP as a W+ as you can’t do anything with it.

More levels get you a higher chance for co-host and helper.
Except if I’m in the session, bc being OC is free stats.
Definitely not, it’s about how good you are and how many people know you.
If the host knows no one it’s often your level.
