When a inmate passes a red line, they are a KoS and when killed, they will be automatically teleported to Solitary Confinement so some idiot inexperienced CO doesn’t just let them get away.
This is just dumb and would be abused, no no no! If any MO finds out they get teleported he will just get everyone over a red line and kill them. Big no.
