Remove Cadets' rights

Sometimes Im with a cadet and need to hold a inmate on the electric chair so they can be executed

Well I sometimes see HR just taking RPGs.

Consider this, CAO is the lowest officer rank we have currently. People who play as a cadet officer, have no experience and are new to the game. They are LEARNING. In order to learn things, mistakes are to be made in order to learn not to do that again. Everyone makes mistakes, but taking away the CAO ability to carry out the job they selected to do, will not improve them. In order to learn, you must experience and try do things correctly. Plus, if you remove their abilities, why would anyone want to play as an officer? They would have no reason or motivation to play as an officer, as there is nothing to do on that team. Not to mention to pass sessions, they need the use of tools. For example, in trainings for accuracy they need a firearm, a glock. This will also decrease roleplay aspects if carried out.

I agree with @Luckychoclatekitty

Well, then Cadets wouldn’t be able to do accuracy on trainings and shifts for them would be impossible cause they need to transport and sometimes even kill.

Just tase & cuff. All they have to do.

I understand but I still want to blow Cadets up with rpgs

Oh NO. Stateview is never EVER going to add that. It could kill other people as it’s a explosive.

I think that it would be a good idea to remove guns from any rank below CO Collection officer. Due to the fact that Cadets seem to abouse them quite often.

make it so they can’t breathe irl
