The new system is really BAD.For example: in CB’s hall,inmates starting to escape,and you can’t shoot them or arrest, you must return inmates in CB,but other inmates are escaped.
There is a thing called a tazer/taser and cuffs…
Still is hard to caught 10 inmates without killing or arresting them.
+When they rioting,u can randomly kill a innocent and rioter Will escape.
I agree with yall this system does suck because you cant even arrest a person thats in a restricted area or kill.
