REMOVE THE PRISON FROM STATEVIEW CORRECTIONAL FACILITY

Greetings everyone,

I think the Prison should be removed from Stateview Correctional Facility, as it has no use in-game because it only has Abusing Cadets, spawn camping inmates with M4s and raiding criminals. Most work is done in discord, so there is no point to the prison.
