Why don’t you all create a custom chat so players with regional chat restrictions can communicate and see messages again?

This is against Roblox’s Terms of Service. I don’t think Stateview would want to risk getting their game taken down for doing this, although I think they should add safe chat since Roblox recently updated their Terms of Service to permit such things. In which for example you have a wheel with a preset of messages to send.

Would most likely break TOS, but a safe chat system or something similar should definitely be added.
