Should the MR Gamepasses be taken off-sale?

So, it has come to my attention, and many others as well, that new MR’s (Superintendents, Chairpersons, and Facility Directors) are not acting professional, are potentially spreading misinformation, and not doing session things properly, making the quality seem quite bad.

Because of this, it has raised the question:
Should the MR Gamepasses be taken off-sale?

  • I know some people WILL disagree, due to money sourcing.

Superintendent Gamepass - Why some think it should be taken off:
There is an argument that can be made here, and I will get to that later. There are some who might think Superintendent should be taken off sale, even though they are the lowest middle rank. As a CP, I know that MR’s are meant to be professional, and be able to do their job correctly, as well as explain things to Lower Ranks, and keep everything in order. So, I think it should be taken off-sale, as users who buy SI, sometimes are not professional, this ruins the game experience, results in worse session quality if they co-host or help, and sometimes can result in the spread of MISINFORMATION. Many people might also agree with the statement.

Disagreements (Superintendent Gamepass) - Why some people might disagree with this idea:
There is the chance quite a few people may disagree with the removal of the SI Gamepass.
Starting, they are the only MR without a quota, and are not promoted because of factors of determination, or agreements. Because of this, some may think they don’t need to be “ready” and that the gamepass shouldn’t be removed.

Facility Director + Chairperson Gamepasses
So, I do not think this part of it will be controversial. As I’ve seen most of the time it is mentioned, as per the last time it went on sale, which was very recently by the time I release this, quite a few experienced people have indirectly hinted at it potentially being removed early. I myself, and a few others would agree with this. Due to CP’s and FD’s having the ability to HOST, FD having HR Admin, and the fact that CP/FD is earned via having stats and showing factors of determination, or through events, makes me think that it shouldn’t be able to be a gamepass, as people can simply just buy their way to a rank of power, excluding HR Ranks.

I do accept any constructive criticisms, and I am happy to further discuss this with the community.

Superintendent should stay on sale, but I think for CP and FD they should only be on sale with sales department members because the people who are buying from sales department generally have more knowledge and experience

Personally I agree that SI should stay on sale, as I imagine that it is a good money maker, and SI have no real permissions so they cannot really cause too much damage. As for the CP and FD gamepasses, I agree that they should be taken offsale as time and time again I am seeing AA, Extremely poor session quality and abuse from CP’s and FD’s who simply do not know what they are doing. Also the fact that this devaules CP and FD as some people work really hard for weeks or months to get these ranks, while others can simply click a few buttons and get these ranks in an instant.

Let’s just say Superintendent Gamepass should stay as well for the in-game engagement. Superintendent - Middle Rank is not that complicated compared to the other two higher than Superintendent. Facility Director + Chairperson Gamepass should be the one TAKEN OFF-SALE. As we observe during the sales of the two gamepasses, it causes a lot of detrimental actions and inconveniences. Therefore, I agree with your points for the FD and CP Gamepass. However, I do disagree on you with the Superintendent one. On the other hand, this discussion is matter a fact to be literally discussed because we are so done with these buyers as well if you know what I mean. Overall, this discussion is much to be appreciated to talk about.

Although, we happened to see a lot of suspensions and more atrocities due to the misuse or improper utilization of commands, not holding the set standards of session administration or even the BC usage. I’d rather think we should disregard Superintendents here to the discussion. Instead, we should really talk about buyers and their motives buying gamepasses which is just too bad for them actually. It’s obviously causing more downfall community for Stateview especially Community Management and Intelligence Agency.

I could agree with this. But as I said, I do not think CP and FD should remain on sale, or go on sale in the future due to:

Reasons:
SI-CP, and CP-FD promotions are meant to be shown from hard work, not buying.
Buying easily allows someone to get a high position within the game.
CP’s and FD’s need to know how to operate things and keep things in order, and having unprofessionals doesn’t mean that’ll happen.

I can only really respond with one answer here.

I do not think CP or FD should be allowed to be bought from Sales Associates, however, I do see your point, and I am happy to discuss this further.

Reasons:
1: Even if it ensures FD or CP can only be bought by 13+ users, some unlikely unprofessionality could still occur.
2: I think CP and FD should be exclusively earned via Events, as you still tried, or Factors of Determination (Handpicked Promotion) because of the hard work you have done.

Well if SI stays on sale it should get an icon update because you won’t believe how many people thought I bought my (now former) OC position with 2000 robux :skull:
