It could be that many inmates re spawned at once, causing a ladder of inmates that sometimes glitches via the ceiling. In other words, bad timing.
Yes, it seems like that’s what’s happening.
Most likely multiple inmates spawning and not moving. When you spawn in, it pushes you past the showers ceiling and into infirmary. Ive spawned onto ERT spawn roof before, in staff teams because of this.
Yes. The issue is - people don’t move after they spawn, causing you to be pushed through into infirmary.
