SESSION INTRODUCTION

This section introduces the host and co-host and outlines the basic rules for the Fugitive Recovery Protocol. It emphasizes professionalism, respect for authority, proper communication, and fair play to ensure a smooth and organized session.

Host: Hello. Welcome to today’s Fugitive Recovery Protocol! My name is [Name], and I’ll be your host.

Co-Host: Hey! I’m [Name] your co-host, and I’ll be assisting in today’s Fugitive Recovery Protocol.

[The host/co-host may select their own greeting/introduction. However, it must be appropriate and professional.]

Host: I will now go over the rules!

I - PTS is active unless stated otherwise by me or my Co-Host(s). Do not say PTS while I speak.

II - Follow all orders given to you by a Facility Director+ unless they ask you to break the rules.

III - If there is any problem, come to me, my Co-Host, or any other Facility Director+ for assistance.

IV - No asking for promotions/ranks.

V - You must use grammar at all times during the Fugitive Recovery Protocol.

VI - You must call me, my Co-Host(s), and my helpers by our ranks at all times.

VII - Using any commands in order to gain advantage is strictly prohibited.

SESSION INFORMATION

This section outlines the core structure of a Fugitive Recovery Session. The host leads the session with the objective of capturing fugitives who are actively evading arrest around the map. Lethal force is prohibited, and fugitives may resist with weapons. Once captured, they must be escorted back to the Session Room, with escape attempts possible until arrival.

  • Host: This session is like a shift, but with some extra steps.

  • Host: Your goal is to recover the Fugitive, that is somewhere around the map, they’ll try to evade being captured.

  • Host: You cannot use lethal force on the fugitive. You will try to capture the fugitive. However, the fugitives are armed and will defend themselves

  • Host: Once the Fugitives are caught, you should bring them back to the Session Room. Fugitives may try to escape until they are brought to the Sessions Room.

  • Host: Upon dismissal, please go into a car. You should group up with another officer to aid the capture of the fugitives.

  • Host: You should communicate during this session. Use the radio channel two to do so.

  • Host: When communicating, use the format [Rank] Text. For example: [CP] Patrolling village.

  • Host: Ensure to keep track of the radio signal during the session as it may weaken when going across the map.

WRAP-UP & PRIMARY PHASE

This section covers the Wrap-Up and Primary Phase, the main and final part of the session. It introduces the Fugitive Recovery Protocol, where staff work to capture selected fugitives within a time limit. Capture Intervention allows others to assist or resist within rules, making the session more engaging and dynamic.

If deemed necessary, the host may give extra minutes for the fugitives (two session administration members, usually the helpers) to hide. Once ready, dismiss the attendees and announce: h The Fugitive Recovery Protocol has now begun, find the fugitive(s) and recover them!

  • The fugitive(s) will roam around the map, trying to stay out of sight of all the staff members.

  • The main part of the session should be 20-30 minutes.

CAPTURE INTERVENTION

Session administration who are not fugitives may intervene in captures within reasonable limits—such as providing fugitives with vehicles (to initiate a chase), creating resistance (e.g., ambushes), or assisting/preventing captures when necessary to maintain pacing. All interventions must be approved by the host or session supervisor.

Note: When providing fugitives with cars, they must be given a criminal (non-cop car), since they might not be able to drive it.

Hints can also periodically be given if necessary. Within communications and during hints the fugitives must be named with numbers or letters to avoid any confusion. For example: h [Hint] Fugitive A has been seen near the prison walls.

KEEP THOSE IN MIND:

  • Avoid teleporting to the fugitives as it can reveal their location by doing so. Rather use private messages to communicate.
  • Fugitives can only use M4A1, Glock-17 or MP5 as defense. If they are frisked upon capture, but are successfully ambushed, the guns can be given back by commands.

HARDEST WORKERS

The Host and Co-Host may optionally select Hardest Workers for the session.
Selections can be based on communication, performance, or effort — such as capturing fugitives or overall outstanding contribution.

CONCLUDING THE SESSION

This section contains the final steps: participants line up, attendance is marked, and passers are promoted. Performance is graded, followed by a group photo and the announcement of top performers before dismissal. Participants are then encouraged to rejoin and check their new ranks.

  1. Line Up Trainees: Once the round three is complete, line up all participant along the blue instructional line closest to the window(s) in the session room.

  2. Mark Attendance: Note “passed” on your notebook for attendees who have mostly communicated within the session (up to 4 people can pass)

  3. Promote: Confirm the passers and proceed to the “ranking” section to promote those who are off cooldown.

Notice: The host should promote passers who are not on cooldown. The highest promotion that can occur is DW-W

  1. Logging: Use the correct format for logging channels located in our administration server.

Host: “sm All the fugitives have been captured. At this time we ask you return to the session room. [1/3]“

Host: “sm Can everyone from the fugitive recovery protocol please report back to the session room. [2/3]“

Host: “sm Can everyone from the fugitive recovery protocol please report back to the session room. [FINAL CALL]“

Host: Welcome back! I will announce the passers shortly. During this time, you may chat among yourselves. PTS is now inactive.

Host: Before we announce the passers, we’ll take a picture. Please remain STS during this time.

  • Take a screenshot containing the host, co-host(s), helper(s), supervisor, and all attendees with usernames visible.

Host: Now, I will announce the hardest workers. You all did well, but these attendees stood out for their exceptional performance!

Host: This concludes our fugitive recovery protocol! It has been an honor and a pleasure to be your host today.

Co-Host: I also want to express how wonderful it was to be your co-host today! You all did an excellent job! All dismissed!

Host: “sm The Fugitive Recovery Protocol has now ended! Passers, please say !rejoin to view your new ranks! All dismissed from the session room!“
