Suggestion channel and Session Pings

Suggestion
We should add a suggestion channel and session pings, a suggestion channel would make it easier to ask for things and get more of our ideas noticed. Session pings would work like event pings and make it easier to attend sessions but it would be a optional feature just like event pings and giveaway pings.

Too large of a server over 5000 players means you can not do this.

this is basically the suggestion channel, they dont check it anymore though
