Hi. I just got SI recently but everything’s the same. I’m doing the same patrolling and I can’t get any promotion in shift or training so I don’t go. I’ve been told I can just spectate or help out but how will that add to me and help me rank up eventually and have more to do e.g host (I don’t wanna pay for admin)
What should I do. I’m as good as a cadet.

Superintendent - Middle RankDoesn’t have any perks nor any engagement in-game. You get to do the same thing as patrolling, no rank quota nor any crucial jobs about being a Superintendent.
You can use this rank itself to contribute Hardest Workers Logs, Co-Hosting in a shift and helping in a training session administration.
As a Superintendent, you are expected to be professional. Without that, the rank would be useless nor it will be the biggest flaw.

In my opinion, SI is actually pretty fun. Just because you don’t have to worry about a quota, you can log on whenever you like, you can still have lots of fun Co-hosting and attending shifts whereas you probably wouldn’t attend shifts as much if you were CP. Its very grindy which of course some people don’t like but I do so it just depends.
There isn’t really much difference apart from co-hosting but I mean its one step closer to Chairperson. You don’t have to pay for admin, I haven’t and I’ve gotten chairperson multiple times (although I only got promoted from events and never actually recognised lol)
