It is fully possible for people to cuff ERT and corrections. Staff cuffs, which OC and CAC+ have, can be added to an inventory when someone goes on adminduty, and then the cuffs are just recoded to work if adminduty is toggled.

You misunderstood the message. I was saying that GA cannot CURRENTLY cuff CS and ERT. If it was added, they would get a new kind of staff cuffs that only work on these teams.
