Thoughts on the upcoming civillian team?

Fairly recently Frankie made an announcement stating “yeah the civilian team can drive too”.

I’m curious what the community thinks about the possibility of a civilian team, I’m assuming it would be rank locked. Not 100% though. Would this be an off-duty option? The possibility of a civilian team is really interesting here.

I wanna see them because sometimes I just wanna drive arround the City while listening to music at night when it rains, its so reloaxing and always being crim will get you many cops behind you. I dont think a civ team is gonna change the gameplay much as many people still would want to just be inmate or officer.

Just because theres a prison there cant be people living there? Makes no sense.

This would be cool if it was gamepass or level restricted as it will just be abused by people. Maybe gamepasses for civ guns or a jailbreak pack too?

I’m assuming its gonna be level restricted not gamepass, it entirely depends on what this team can and cant do really.
