I’ve already made a shift guide, so I’ll continue with a training guide.
Trainings are promotional sessions that can be hosted. The promotion range is CaO - W, meaning that if you’re a Superintendent or higher, you won’t get promoted if you pass. Ranks:
Host: FD+
Co-Host(s): CP+
Helper(s): W+
Supervisor/Ranker: CAC+
Trainings consist of 4 sections:
- Faces
- Questions
- Scenarios
- Accurancy
They’re very consistent, so passing a training is really easy, yet it can be tricky if you do a few slip ups.
Faces
There are 5 faces that you are required to perform, those being:
- Left Face - Turn 90 degrees to the left
- Right Face - Turn 90 degrees to the right
- About Face - Turn 180 degrees
- Center Face - Face the start
- Control Face - Always face the host/co-host until he/she announces the “Center Face”
Faces are the easiest part in a training, but the trainers can use a few tricks, such as:
- Saying a face while you’re in Control Face. Remember, if they announce any face other than the Center Face while you’re in Control Face, DON’T DO IT, just keep on facing the host.
- Saying things such as “Right turn”. Remember, only perform the face if they use the format “[Face] Face”, if the second word isn’t “face”, don’t perform it.
- Another problem is that I’ve seen people always just turn from the original position, for some reason. For example, the host/co-host announces Left Face, then they announce Right Face and someone turns 180 degrees. Remember, you have to perform the face form the position you are currently at, not the starting position.
Questions
The question phase is when the host/co-host PMs you 2 questions which you must answer correctly with grammar. The answers are:
- What is Lethal Force used for? - Lethal force is used to kill someone if necessary.
- What are handcuffs used for? - Handcuffs are used to escort, detain, frisk or arrest a criminal or an inmate.
- What is a taser used for? - A taser is used to stun an inmate or a criminal if needed.
- What is a gun used for? - A gun is used to kill someone if needed.
- What are a few reasons you should put an inmate in Maximum Security? - Inmates should be put in Maximum Security if they killed someone or used a firearm.
- What are a few reasons you should put an inmate in Solitary Confinement? - Inmates should be put in Solitary Confinement if they reached 3 warnings or attempted to escape.
- What is a reason to use the modcall system? - You should use the modcall system if someone is breaking the roblox ToS or breaking the game rules.
- What would you do if you see someone breaking Roblox ToS? - You should get evidence and call a mod.
- What would you do if you see an abuser ingame? - You should get evidence and call a mod.
Scenarios
The third phase of the training. In this section, you are required to STS on the green lines next to the black/yellow rectangles. Then, the helpers will turn into inmates, and they will do several actions that might happen in the game, and you have to react to it. The only tools allowed to be used are tasers, handcuffs, Glock-17s and riot shields, but you only need tasers and handcuffs.
- Inmate Shooting - Tase, cuff, frisk (don’t actually do it, say -frisks-) and put in Maximum Security (as mentioned, just say -takes to max security-)
- Inmate Spamming - Start getting evidence and warn them once to stop, if they keep going, call a mod.
- Inmate Disrespect - Warn them, Solitary Confinement if they reached 3 warnings.
- Using Keycard to Escape - Tase, cuff, frisk, Solitary.
- Bypassed Audio/Boombox Abuse - Get evidence, tell them to stop, if they keep going, call a mod.
- Exploiting - Get evidence and call a mod.
- Punching - Cuff, warn, solitary at 3 warnings.
- Cross Teaming - Get evidence, tell them to stop, if they keep going, call a mod
- Using knife - Maximum Security
- Crossing the Red Line - Cuff, warn, solitary at 3 warnings.
- Unauthorized Area - Cuff, warn, solitary at 3 warnings
- Escaping or Attempted Escape - Solitary
- AFK Farming - Get evidence and call a mod. (They’re afk, what’s the point of warning)
Accurancy
The last phase of the training, and the only one that isn’t as consistent. You will be taken to the accurancy room and to pass, you must hit at least 15 targets.
Note: To pass a training, you need to pass 3/4 phases, so failing one doesn’t mean it’s over.
Hope this helped!
