Idk i think its Mp5 because it shoots faster or change my mind and because its eaisier to obtain and its free and its cool and huh and wut i need 100 characters lol

you can also obtain m4a1 for free, just go up to the gun rack in ERT/co spawn. Just don’t camp there and you should be fine

To defend your statement, there is one thing the M4a1 is better at than the MP5: suppressive fire. The MP5 just empties itself too quickly for that.

mp5 if u cant aim, m4 if u can aim
m16 if ur cop and have it, better than both of these

M16 sucks at long range, M4a1 still kills slower if you hit everything, the only real reason to use the M4 is suppressive fire.

its also the staff’s only f2p non-hr option limited to 7 people to control inmates, some of them are p2w af with honey badgers which makes it imposible

m4 and m16 are the same thing but m16 can shoot through walls, if ur on staff team just use m16 if u have if not use m4, firespeed doesnt rlly matter when it still only takes 2 headshots to kill with all 3 of those guns (also u can kill with m4/16 in under a second so mp5 aint that useful)

yes i do, m4 and m16 are the same in all aspects except that m16 can shoot through walls and if u have good aim firespeed doesnt matter. if u dont have good aim the firespeed will help as ur more likely to get headshots

You are wrong. The M16 has a horrendous recoil compared to the M4. Try it yourself by shooting at a wall during ADS and comparing the distance between the bullet holes, letting you calculate the change in angle per shot using “tan^-1”.

This difference in recoil removes most viability of the M16 for long-range engagements.

I don’t know how someone would think that, since firespeed amplifies DPS making firespeed multipliers feel like damage multipliers if not for magazine capacity and recoil per shot.
