ik theres one in the housing places outside of prison and stuff but im curious if theres any other ones

There’s only the one in the city and a admin room which can only be accessed using commands (used by in-game mods to interrogate rule breakers)

If you follow the highway into the city from the facility (the one that is ‘sunken’ into the ground), and follow it, you will eventually come across an opened sewer in the middle of the road. It is easy to miss, yet worth it.
