Some SI was telling my ERT acc to patrol, I thought only CP/GA/OC could tell staff to patrol.

But it says only under certain conditions it is forced
There has to be a reason to make the situation private. You can’t just tell people tobpatrol if there’s nothing going on.
I’ve only seen it when I was staring at a modcall they told me to go patrol

Refusal to patrol is when you refused to leave certain room and patrol. Game Administration/Overseer Commands/Facility Director or higher have powers to ask people to patrol or they will be subjected to punishments. Starting from a verbal warning, and ending with team-ban.

So you can be told to patrol at anytime unless you are doing something like guarding the doors of cell block or staying in the control room (however you can still be asked to patrol if your in the control room.). What does patrolling mean. It means walking around the prison making sure it’s safe and secure along with transporting prisoners to the status or breaking up fights/riots what can count as not patrolling? Well standing around not doing anything to help the prison counts as not patrolling, and when a member of OC,GA, or facility director+ asks you to patrol and you refuse you can be punished for it.
