LR:
Inmate: Join the game to have it
Cadet:Join group and complete officers quiz
Corrections Officer: Reach level 3
Emergency Response Team: Level 4 or you can get hardest worker in a shift or pass a training to level up to it.
Commander: Level 8 or pass training or shift
Prison Inspector: Level 16 or Pass shift or training
Deputy Warden: level 32 or pass shift or training
Warden: Level 64 pass shift or training.
MR:
Superintendent: You have to pass a training
Chairperson: Co host 3-6 shifts and help in 4-7 trainings
Facility Director: Host 5-14 trainings host 3-7 shifts and Co 4-10 trainings
Community Advisory Council: Pass inspection or fugitive recovery protocall.

Inmate ranks:
Inmate: Join the game
Respected Inmate (RI): Resign as a Prison commissioner (PC)+ (and meet requirements)
Suspended Security Inmate: Get suspended or terminated (not good)
Low Ranks (LR):
Cadet (CAO): Join group and pass Officer Quiz
Corrections Officer (CO): Pass any session as a Cadet or reach level 3 and claim rank.
Emergency Responce Team (ERT): Pass any session or reach level 4.
Commander (COMM): Pass any session or reach level 8.
Prison Inspector (PI): Pass any session or reach level 16.
Deputy Warden (DW): Pass any session or reach level 32.
Warden (W): Pass any session or reach level 64.
Middle Ranks (MR)
Superintendent (SI): Pass any Training, Inspection, Advanced Training or RPC.
Chairperson (CP): Co-host 3-6 shifts and help in 4-7 trainings as SI. Promotion to CP is selected by PC+
Facility Director (FD): Host 10-12 shifts, co-host 8-10 sessions, help 5-8 times in trainings and be active.
High Ranks (HR):
Community Advisory Council (CAC): Host 15 - 35 sessions, co-host 10 - 25 sessions, supervise 12 - 15 sessions.
