Why won't M4A1 spawn properly?

So basically, I have the M4A1 gamepass, but when I spawn as an inmate it does not give it to me! However, if I become maximum security and respawn, it gives me the gun. For all other teams (including criminal) it gives me the M4A1. What is going on, and should I put this in bug reports? P.S. I also own the GLOCK-17 and Fake Keycard gamepasses.

The M4A1 (gamepass) weapon disappeared after death

Today i bought M4A1 gamepass to have permanent M4A1 in inventory. But when i joined the game and died, after death i didn’t got M4A1 in inventory. Also to fix it i need always type !rejoin or leave the game. It happens everywhere after first death. It happens after you died on first life since joining the server To reproduce this bug you need die from guard, inmate, criminal or just Reset. I hope it will be fixed soon. That is intended it was added in the 5/21 RP update. You loose the weapon after dying with it, and receive it again once you are arrested or play at a different time.
