So basically, I have the M4A1 gamepass, but when I spawn as an inmate it does not give it to me! However, if I become maximum security and respawn, it gives me the gun. For all other teams (including criminal) it gives me the M4A1. What is going on, and should I put this in bug reports?
P.S. I also own the GLOCK-17 and Fake Keycard gamepasses.

If you die with the M4 gamepass, you lose the weapon until you are arrested and spawn as inmate again (or play at a different time). Note: You still have keycard, Glock, boombox, and etc.

That is very good method to prevent instant major riot, but what about MAXed/SCed inmates?
This system has some issues, because I saw that a lot of high leveled inmates abuse this “hole” in system. They just reset when in MAX cell, and then after that recieve all their weapons and instruments, and that happens each time they respawn, ignoring this system (M4A1 is given every time).
