This Executive Order implements the following changes concerning the Governor’s Administration and its official term guidelines:
(a) All Board Representatives (also referred to as “Cabinet Members”) no longer have any immunity to rank changes or any other punishments (for example - demotions or suspensions) as a result of their position within the Office of the Governor.
(b) The Stateview Intelligence Agency and the Executive Committee are now allowed to issue intra-cabinet disciplinary actions if needed during formal investigations. This also grants them the authority to issue a termination from the cabinet as deemed necessary.
(c) The Stateview Intelligence Agency and the Executive Committee are now the official mediums through which a dispute regarding intra-cabinet punishments should be handled. However, if deemed necessary a dispute may also be elevated to Shareholders/Executives.
These changes are made to uphold Cabinet Members to a higher standard and level of responsibility, while providing the Judicial Branch with the necessary tools to punish the aforementioned members.
