Trainings and shifts

How do you guys have all these rules and so on during training and shifts? For example: 1. Do not say PTS [Permission to speak] while I’m explaining something.

Hey, @chomik20914 !

I’m not really sure what your question is, but we have rules in place during shifts and trainings, like PTS, to give a sense of role-play.

To elaborate on this, in real life military or police training centers, they have similar rules. Like all the other training games and in real life, Stateview put session rules in place to make more of a role-play feeling.

As for not saying “PTS” when a member of session management is speaking, this is simply because we don’t want you to miss the rules or anything that the speaker is saying. Additionally, attendees can look at your chat bubble and get distracted from what is going on.

Hope this helped!

They copy and paste it from the Training Guide

It seems you’ve posted some sort of training or shift guide. This is a reminder that this thread is unofficial and no staff should be following this sort of guide. All official guides are located in Staff Information.
