First of all, you don’t get CP - FD for passing an inspection, and neither from hosting 20 shifts.
You get FD by hosting at least 30 - 40 shifts and co-hosting at least 20 - 30 trainings.

first of all, you can get FD from an inspection, secondly, 20 is what I recommend not how many you need, there isn’t a set amount

The last guy who got FD from an inspection was like 2 years ago, and if you stick to how many you recommend, you’re just never gonna be promoted
