Before we start, I know Tutorial on how to get SI+ exists, but the tutorial doesn’t really go to in-depth on how to get just SI. Now with that out of the way, let’s begin. For this guide we’ll assume you start as a cadet officer, but any rank could work.
Length: At least 32 days (Time may vary)
Unless specified any type of session can promote you to the next rank
Cadet - Corrections Officer
To level up to Corrections Officer (CO) from Cadet Officer (CAO), you can either level up, or attend a session of any type. If you choose to get the rank via levels, you need to be at least level 3. You will have a cool down period of 2 days if you get promoted via a session. Once reached, you now earn a new Glock-17.
Corrections Officer - Emergency Response Team
To level up to Emergency Response Team (ERT) from Corrections Officer (CO), you can either level up, or attend a session of any type. If you choose to get the rank via levels, you need to be at least level 4. You will have a cool down period of 3 days if you get promoted via a session. Once reached, you now earn a new M4A1, and unlock a new “Emergency Response” team.
Emergency Response Team - Commander
To level up to Commander (COMM) from Emergency Response Team (ERT), you can either level up, or attend a session of any type. If you choose to get the rank via levels, you need to be at least level 8. You will have a cool down period of 3 days if you get promoted via a session. Once reached, you now earn access to the control room, and with permission from a Deputy Warden (DW) or higher, you can activate a lockdown. You can also command other lower ranks to do their job.
Commander - Prison Inspector
To level up to Prison Inspector (PI) from Commander (COMM), you can either level up, or attend a session of any type. If you choose to get the rank via levels, you need to be at least level 16. You will have a cool down period of 5 days if you get promoted via a session. Once reached, you now earn access to the camera room. You can also command other lower ranks to do their job.
Prison Inspector - Deputy Warden
To level up to Deputy Warden (DW) from Prison Inspector (PI), you can either level up, or attend a session of any type. If you choose to get the rank via levels, you need to be at least level 32. You will have a cool down period of 5 days if you get promoted via a session. Once reached, you now earn access to activate lockdowns if all other Commander+ (COMM) approves in-game. You can also command other lower ranks to do their job.
Deputy Warden - Warden
To level up to Warden (W) from Deputy Warden (DW), you can either level up, or attend a session of any type. If you choose to get the rank via levels, you need to be at least level 64. You will have a cool down period of 7 days (1 week) if you get promoted via a session. Once reached, you earn the ability to help in trainings, and you can tell lower ranks to go do their job.
Warden - Superintendent
To get Superintendent (SI) from Warden (W), you have to complete a training. There currently is no other way to get it unless you buy it from a Sales Associate in Discord, or buy it in-game via Robux. Once reached, you now can co-host shifts. You can also command other lower ranks to do their job.
If you want to get promoted to a rank higher than SI, you can either pass an inspection, or buy the rank from a Sales Associate on Discord
