FD, or Facility Director is the highest MR (Middle rank). With this rank, you are able to host shifts WITHOUT supervisor, but a ranker is required, AND you are allowed to host trainings and RPCs WITH A SUPERVISOR.

Pre-session:

  1. Ensure you have a ranker if you DO NOT have EHR (Elevated HR perms). The ranker must be CAC+ or FD+ with EHR.
  2. Ensure your session administration is chosen and present BEFORE the session formally begins. If you wish to find a co-host during the session, once the session begins OR during the 2nd or 3rd call, say:

Step up to co-host (SI+)

  1. Know what drills you are doing.
  • LDs are the easiest, just be on ERT, OC, or IM (Medical Staff)
  • Blackouts require someone to turn off the power as inmate
  • Evacuations require a evac supervisor (OC or BOG+)
  1. Add your session administration to BloxCord. This is either your co-host or no-one. You do not need to add your ranker.

You may now begin calls, eg:

h A shift is being hosted in the session room. Attend and show activity for a chance at a promotion! [Call 1]

You may now begin the session by clicking ā€œStart sessionā€ on BloxCord.

  • What this does, is it sees all your attendees in-game and adds them.

Check on Discord to ensure your session has started, and it is on the ā€œAwaitingā€ phase.
^ note: iā€™m unsure if this is trueā€¦ it could be awaiting or intermission if iā€™m wrong someone tell me

Begin the session, following the guide.

Explain everything on the guide, and ensure to state your drills. If you are doing a Blackout drill, you will need a DI to turn off lights.
If you are doing an evac, you will need an evac supervisor (OC or BOG+) - This is to activate the evac.

Once you/your co-host gives roles, and is ready to dismiss the attendees, use

Click end phase on BloxCord (or the appropriate button) to move onto Posts.
Once again, ensure to Discord that your shift is on the Posts phase.

YOU WILL REMAIN ON POSTS UNTIL DRILLS
Ensure you are monitering the radio for any exceptional attendees, essentially anyone who is communicating alot.
Make sure you mark those people on BloxCord.

Timings:

Patroling 5-7 mins
Lockdown Drill: 4-6 mins
Blackout Drill: 4-6 mins
Evacuation Drill: 5-7 mins

During drills, ensure you notify using the ā€œhā€ command about the ongoing drill.

h We are initiating a Lockdown. All inmates must be escorted back to their cells immediately. During this lockdown, cuff abuse will not be noted. Only SI+ are permitted inside the Control Room.

h We are experiencing an active Blackout. All inmates must be escorted to the cell-block immediately. Guards and staff are to stay within the cell-block as well. No personnel should be in the hallways during this blackout.

h An evacuation is now in effect. Proceed to the Maximum Security Yard. All personnel must be at the checkpoint to comply with roleplay. Evacuate promptly and leave all prison doors open. Do not raid.

h Please do not tamper/change with the status. Doing so will result in a punishment.

For evacuation, follow the guide for the updated evacuation procedures.

h The situation has been resolved. Facility operations have been resumed.

Head to the session room and end the phase on BloxCord. Ensure all passers have been marked.
You should be on intermission during this time, and allow a few minutes for you/your co-host to finish marking.

Start Callback phase on BloxCord.

h Could everyone from the shift please report back to the session room. [Call1]

Remember, 2 calls not 3

Ending
During ending, follow the guide, then finish any unfinished marking. If you have to finish marking, PTS should be disabled.
Once done, take a picture with usernames visible.
IF A PLAYER IS NOT IN THE PICTURE, THEY CANNOT BE PROMOTED. NO PICTURE = NO VALID SESSION
Announce passers:
Type out full username, then promotion status. eg

No promotion
INWEYGDVB (SI)

Promotion off CoolDown
INWEYGDVB (W-SI)

Player on cooldown
INWEYGDVB (CD)

After passers are announced, you may now dismiss the attendees and end your session on BloxCord.

h The shift is now officially over! Passers, please type !rejoin to view your new ranks. All others are dismissed from the session room.

I am a bit unsure about procedures for trainings, as I have never co-hosted/helped on one. (iā€™ll try my best tho)
Pre-session
Ensure your session administration is ready and present.
You will need a Supervisor, who can also rank. Your supervisor does not need to be your ranker. (CAC+)
You will need a co-host. (CP+)
You can have up to 2 helpers. (W+)
Start your session on BC.

h A training is being hosted in the session room, come and attend to show activity and possibly receive a promotion!

If you would like to find helpers/co-hosts during the session, say:

Step up to be co-host (CP+)

Step up to be helper (SI+)

You may now begin your session. Ensure on Discord your session is present and on the first phase.

The session has commenced || Fall-ins denied.

(You may allow fall-ins however they required attendee session modification on BC.)

Follow the session guide until the ā€œfacesā€ phase.

Start the ā€œFacesā€ phase on BloxCord.
Now, you will give in radio channel 2, one face at a time.

  • Left face: Turn 90* Left
  • Right face: Turn 90* Right
  • About face: Turn 180*
  • Control face: Players will face wherever you are
  • Centre face: Players will face back to the front begining face.
    NOTE: Only centre face breaks control face, other faces do not.
    Eg:
Control Face
Left face (if a player turns left, they are eliminated)
Centre face (Players turn to face the centre)
~~ continue as normal

If a player incorrectly does a face, they are eliminated are are to be sat.

sit INWEY faces

If a player jumps after being sat, they are given a Strike (S1) and to be resat.

Mark passers on BC (anyone who has not be sat).
Allow all attendees to jump.

Start the next phase on BC, it will be questions.

Each attendee will be given the same 2 questions, which will be posted in the radio channel 2.
DO NOT POST ANYTHING ELSE IN RADIO 2.
Then, pm each attendee.

pm INWEY .

pms do not need a reason.

Mark passers, allow 2-3 mins on this phase. Make sure you tell your attendees when time is up.
eg:

Time is up at XX:10

Once marked, start the next phase (Scenarios) and check on DC.

Team your helper/s, co-host or yourself depending on avalibility.

  • If you have 2 helpers, team both.
  • If you have 1 helper, no co-host, team the helper and yourself.
  • If you have no helpers and a co-host, team you and your co-host.

As an FD, I belive you cannot team people so ask your supervisor.

team INWEY inmate scenarios

Ask your helpers/instructors to mark on BC if you are not doing it. Stand STS on the host line closest to the exit or in the spectator box.

After scenarios, start the next phase (Accuracy).
After all players have completed scenarios, they should be STS on the line closest to the exit.
Ensure every player has a g-17. If a player does not (Cadet), either allow then to pickpocket you for one, or ask your supervisor to give the player one if they have SHR.
Bring each player 1 by 1 into the accuracy room and start the phase.

Once the player is in the room, start the simulation and allow the player to shoot ONLY with the glock-17 gun.

In order for a player to pass, they have to shoot 15/40 targets.

After all players have complete the phase, end the phase into ā€œendingā€.

In order to pass a training, the attendee needs to pass 3/4 phases.

Complete ending phase, by ranking, picture and announcing passers.

h The training is now over! Passers, please say !rejoin to view your new ranks! All dismissed from the session room!

Administrative regulations
As an FD, you will have access to HR admin. This includes every command in the Gamepass admin.
If you are unsure, run the command ā€œcmdā€.
For regulations, every command requires one except GPA commands.
It is good to use commands from now on in ALL commands to avoid being punished for Admin Abuse.
Aditionally, the ā€˜hā€™ command cannot be used outside of a session. Only CAC+ and GA members can use it for reminders throughout the server.

FD Punishing
As an FD, you can issue punishments including:

  • kick
  • ban
    However, as a new FD you should avoid punishing and refer cases and people with evidance to GA, IA, SA and CAC+.

Patrol
As an FD, you can tell people to patrol.
Just say:

Go patrol.

to people who are bothering you during an ongoing matter or people who are EUA (Entering Unorth. Areas).
