Stateview’s Shifts are essentially positions assigned to selected attendees. The attendees are expected to carry out their assigned task to the best of their ability. There may only be three promotions per-shift, no exceptions. The only ranks who may be promoted from shifts, are Cadet Officer
to Deputy Warden

Stateview High Rank Examination’s are a held once or twice a month. This examination may only contain ranks above Superintendent
. When passing this examination, you will be rewarded with Stateview’s High Rank Certification.
To ensure transparency, quality control, and overall session integrity, only select personnel are permitted to spectate official sessions. These individuals are authorized to observe sessions without directly participating, provided they uphold professionalism and do not interfere unless explicitly requested by the host or co-host. Additionally, hosts reserve the right to dismiss any spectator at any moment if deemed necessary for the session’s operation.

To maintain the integrity of all sessions, spectators must adhere to the following regulations:

NO DISRUPTIONS OR INTERACTIONS – Spectators must not disrupt, interact with, or influence participants in any way unless explicitly directed by the session host or co-host. Unnecessary engagement is strictly forbidden.

STRICTLY NO UNAUTHORIZED INTERVENTION – Any form of unauthorized intervention, coaching, or distractions during an active session is strictly prohibited. Spectators are there to observe only, not to participate.

UPHOLD PROFESSIONALISM AT ALL TIMES – Spectators are expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, ensuring a respectful and structured environment for both staff and participants. Any form of misconduct or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

HOST AUTHORITY & REMOVAL – The session host(s) reserve the right to dismiss any spectator at any time if their presence is deemed unnecessary or disruptive. Failure to comply may lead to immediate removal.

ABUSE OF PRIVILEGES WILL RESULT IN CONSEQUENCES – Any misuse or abuse of spectator privileges may result in temporary or permanent revocation of access. This includes but is not limited to repeated violations, interfering with the session, or causing unnecessary distractions.
This policy ensures that all sessions maintain their integrity while allowing authorized personnel to observe and assess performance effectively. Spectator access is a privilege, not a right, and must be treated as such.
Please be aware that the current session host has full authority and control throughout this session. It is imperative to respect the host’s requests, as any infringement may result in disciplinary action for insubordination. Compliance with the host’s directives is essential for maintaining a productive and respectful environment during the session.
